Technological transformations and changes in society require companies to make the same changes. Companies therefore require employees and managers to adapt constantly.

It is essential for companies to reflect on this. That's why the search for new talent must never cease, ensuring that the company can grow in a sustainable and harmonious way.

It's important to note that with change, and even with growth, incredible as it may seem, some people develop a "fatigue" that needs to be understood. Do they want to continue?
